This position provides professional technical services and end-user support on a wide variety of issues. The IT Specialist will perform IT support tasks using strong customer service, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. This position requires the ability to work with users and assist them in their use of technology. Work is performed under the supervision of the IT Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  *   Perform helpdesk support and troubleshooting
  *   Support staff with software and hardware use
  *   Staff accounts management (setup, terminate, and archive)
  *   Patching workstations and laptops
  *   Maintain workstation lifecycle - setups/transfers/recycle
  *   Maintain equipment inventory lists
  *   Printer and WIFI troubleshooting and maintenance
  *   Anti-Virus and malware monitoring and maintenance
  *   Conference room video maintenance and monitoring
  *   WordPress development
  *   SharePoint Site Development and Maintenance
  *   Assist with IT projects as needed including deployments of new software
Education and Experience Required:

  *   Associates' Degree or relevant work experience.
  *   Excellent customer service skills, effective in oral and written communications particularly in documenting work and communicating technical information to non-technical users.
  *   Strong work ethic, professional, organized, and flexible; able to work independently to solve issues through self-directed research and troubleshooting.
  *   Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  *   Prior knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of applications and Office 365 platform.
  *   Solid foundation of knowledge of PC hardware configuration and Windows operating systems.
  *   Fundamental understanding of Microsoft server administration, Active Directory, and network connectivity methods.
  *   Ability to drive to our four office locations and to lift at least 30lbs.
