CNC Operator (TWO first shift 5-3P, Mon-Thurs & TWO second shift 3-1A, Mon-Thurs, with some potential over time):
. Has experience working with lathes
. Can conduct basic set ups on lathe machines
. Able to troubleshoot when things aren't running correctly; understand regular preventative maintenance on machines
. Able to set up cell for next shift so they can start running effectively
. Ability to utilize quality gauges and instruments, calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.
. Can read and understand blueprints for parts
. Integrates quality with the production process for superior parts production at all times
. Salary range: ideally targeting $16-$20/hr range, but will commensurate with experience .
*Weekend shift* CNC Operator (FOUR first shift 5-5P, Friday-Sunday & FOUR second shift 5-5A, Friday-Sunday, with some potential over time):
. For this shift, candidates will work 12 hours days, totaling 36 hours, but compensated for 40 hours
. Has experience working with lathes

. Experience running a machining team and multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
. Able to set up equipment, run as a backup should the team need extra hands on deck, and facilitate forward progress with production orders
. Ensures quality checks are completed throughout the machining process and signs offs on outgoing product
. Ability to work with engineering, quality, and operations to generate and execute ideas to run more efficiently
. Experience taking idea in order to move projects forward to develop better machining processes, quality inspections, production output, higher rates, etc.
. Experience training new operators and CNC employees
. Familiarity working in an ISO 9000 certified environment
. Salary range: TBD based on qualifications and experience
CNC Programmer
. Runs new, R&D parts, test and sample parts, and develops and generates options and ideas to create programs to run in production
. Runs first piece on machines after creating programs for machines
. At times, may train operators, or shadow them, after programs have been installed on machines to ensure they are running smoothly
. Collaborates with engineering and Machining Supervisor to meet the production needs and demands
. Must be able to collaborative well with others
. Experience with Mastercam and Solidworks
. Hours: generally 5-3P Mon-Thurs, with some work on Fridays
CNC Set Up Operator
. 5+ years or set up, primarily lathes is ok
. Experience with brand new Mori Seiki machines or fanuc controls
. Familiar with boring, drilling, and tapping
. Experience working with part sizes 2-8 inches in diameter and 20-100 pounds
. Experience with set ups on up to 100 piece runs
. Familiarity with collect, mandrels, and jaws
. CMM experience, running and measuring parts
. Able to collaborate well with teams
. Ability to trouble shoot set up is a plus
. Experience training operators on running first piece is a plus
. Work hours are 5-3P, Mon-Thurs, with some Friday work
Polishing Tech (first shift 5-3P, Mon-Thurs, with some potential over time):
. Operate polishing/lapping machine (cylindrical grinder)
. Set up and operate equipment as necessary for specified finish
. Process orders per cleaning and polishing requirements
. Check equipment for proper operation and maintenance
. Inspect parts for quality assurance and approval before sending on for next processes
. Perform necessary material handling throughout the sequence of operations
. Report defective material and equipment to supervision
. Follow/maintain correct safety policies in procedures in place
Spray and Fuse Cell Tech (second shift 3-1A, Mon-Thurs, with some potential over time):
. Ability to work in small teams of employees
. Ability to rotate to various jobs on cell team throughout the day
. Ability to lift parts 25-30 lbs regularly
. Ability to perform grit blast, masking, spray, finishing operations at production cell
. Ability to troubleshoot when problems arise with parts or equipment
Flex Cell Tech (second shift 3-1A, Mon-Thurs, with some potential over time):
. Assist in the operation of thermal spray systems, including plasma spray, flame spray, HVOF spray and electric arc spray
. Ability to rotate to various jobs on cell team throughout the day
. Ability to lift parts 25-30 lbs regularly
. Ability to perform grit blast, masking, spray, finishing operations at production cell
. Ability to troubleshoot when problems arise with parts or equipment
. Must be flexible and adaptable, as many jobs require learning by doing; successful candidates will be expected to learn new processes as needed
. Must be able to work independently, think ahead and multitask as to what can be done for multiple projects at one time
. Follows set quality process and work procedures
. This individual will train on first shift for the first month, before moving to second shift
Agricultural Flame Cell Tech (second shift 3-1A, Mon-Thurs, with some potential over time):
. Ability to work in small teams of employees

. Package and palletize product for shipping as needed
. Monitor production schedule and production activities in order to deliver/pull product to/from the production floor in a timely manner
. Put all received products on designated shelves and complete associated software transactions.
. Maintain orderly and stocked raw material department
. Operate stand-up/sit-down forklift
. Regular inventory as required
. Enter all receipts into the manufacturing software
. Previous shipping and receiving experience is required
Plasma Small Cell Tech (first shift 5-3P, Mon-Thurs, with some potential over time):
. Works with a team of 2-4 employees
. Works with smaller seal parts, lots of hands on work, must keep up a rapid pace working with smaller parts
. Must be able to learn quickly, train, and adapt to thermal spray and lapping work
. Able to read parameter sheets and follow instructions
. Follows set quality process and work procedures
. Proactive when needing assistance or trouble shooting equipment

Product Engineer:
. Experience turning concepts and customer ideas into actual production opportunities, working through the details, design, logistics, and production capabilities in house
. Ability to generate multiple options to successfully launch new customer products into production per customer expectations and quoting obligations
. Experience with Solidworks, ideally having the ability to create and edit customer parts and drawings
. Ability to work among several departments (R&D, Engineering, Sales, Quality) with multiple timelines and deadlines for a variety of manufacturing projects
. Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment
. Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and increase efficiency in production
. Salary range: open, however ideally targeting the $70-$80K range based on credentials and experience
