HND's History
Hmong National Development, Inc. (HND) is a national, 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization. Founded in 1993, HND is the leading national policy advocacy organization for the Hmong American community. For the past 20 years we have provided local Hmong non-profits with capacity building and technical assistance tools, advocated in DC for legislation which impacts our community, cultivated leadership in youth through our DC internship programs and local youth empowerment programming models, and most notably are recognized for our exemplary Hmong National Development Conference. In April 2015 we will host the 17th Hmong National Development Conference in Saint Paul, MN!
