Hmong Cultural Center is to promote the personal development of children, youth and adults through education while providing resources that enhance cross-cultural awareness and undserstanding between Hmong and non-Hmong.
Founded August 11, 192, HCC was the first Hmong Cultural Center in the Midwestern United States.
